All events
Participants should remember at all times that Newmarket is the main
training centre for thoroughbred racehorses in the UK and that they
are privileged to have use of the Racecourse and Heath facilities.
All walkers, their helpers and supporters, in whichever event they
choose to participate, do so at their own risk and must sign
the entry application form acknowledging that The New Astley Club,
Jockey Club Estates and the Newmarket Racecourses Trust cannot be
held responsible for any injury or loss that they may sustain by
taking part.
Entries must be made on the official entry from and will not be
accepted without the appropriate entry fee and a stamped
addressed envelope. Entries are limited and will close when the allocation of places has
been reached, or Saturday 20th June 2009.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries to any of the
events and the event referee’s decision is final in any dispute.
